Light Hors Doeuvres

Fruit and Cheese Board- featuring local award winning cheeses including Grassfield's cheddar and dancing Goat creamery Fresh Chevre surrounded with fresh berries, melons and other fruit and crackers

Bruschetta Bar- grilled Italian bread brushed with rosemary, garlic and olive oil then grilled and served with crocks of toppings including our house made hummus, feta cheese and a fresh tomato-basil relish

Dinner Buffet

Grilled Salmon grilled over a wood fire with sea salt, pepper, fresh rosemary and lemon

Grilled Chicken marinated in whole milk yogurt then grilled with a Moroccan spice blend

Grilled Tempeh marinated in lemon juice, olive oil and fresh dill then grilled

The above served with sauces on the side including fresh pesto, cilantro yogurt sauce and peach tomato chutney
